Dr K Regen Lift's Pull Cog polydioxanone threads are threads with bidirectional barbed and manual 'traction' system for a greater tightening effect. Its different thread thicknesses loaded in blunt tip needles or cannula, favor the adaptation to the characteristics and needs of the skin of each patient.

The Pull Cog bidirectional barbs allow a greater fixation to the surrounding tissue, preventing displacement once the threads are inserted and providing a greater tightening effect. While some spicules reposition the tissue, others support and hold it in place.
